- Are the batteries brand new?
The batteries with no NEW label are prototype batteries that means the batteries underwent multi-time discharging and charging cycles during manufacturer tests, and dismantled from trial battey packs, but all the batteries have good consistency based on the measurements of cell’s voltage, capacity, impedance, etc. As well as selected carefully and well coupled before shipment. Labeling as NEW are brand new ones.
- Where do you ship from?
We ship either from a warehouse in China or a local warehouse.
- How long does it take to receive the batteries?
It takes 12~15 calander days from a warehouse in China or 5~7 days from a local warehouse.
- How many battery cells in a pack?
2 x cylindrical battery cells in a pack as a benchmark or as the case may be for an order more than 2 pieces.
